My weekend has been intense since the Saturday we organize a trip with a friend and end the trip lasted 7 hours. We go with my dog Jan, the poor just tired.
Today my blog is dedicated to talking about the sport and that gradually weather is better and the sun helps us that we have mor energy and vitality. I mean the sport because last week I went to Lidl to buy two sports bras that were very well priced at 6.99 euros. It is very important to wear a good bra sports while we practice sports, because our hearts must be firmly secured and protected.
Are the necessary sports for our body?
The sport is vital to keep our mind and body in shape. People who do not practice any sport often think that it is bad or not necessary. These people should not think that, because the sport helps us in many ways.When we perceive the benefits of sport in our body it is when we want more. Feel the need to practice sport is normal in people who are physically active. However, it must not become obsessed or become addicted to the sport.
Which benefits does sport?
1) going to senit better with yourself
(2) you’ll have more self-esteem
(3) you feel more eager to do things
(4) see des life from another perspective
(5) our body changes
(6) improve your breathing
(7) improving the appearance of the skin
(8) to eliminate toxins and produce endorphins…
There are benefits not only outside but also inside. We must you have a healthy diet and exercise 3 times a week. A sedentary person who is always on the couch, is transformed into a person with little desire to live and do things day to day. Comfortable feel with itself and loses their self-esteem. People believe that sport is only for athletes, this is a mistake because the sport is made for all of us.

People who don’t practice any sport many times they think is wrong or not necessary.
These people shouldn’t think this because sports help us in many ways. When we perceive our body the benefits of sports is when we want more.
